ABOUT THE MED RELIEF FOUNDATION
The
vision for The Med Relief Foundation dates
back to the late 90's when two entrepreneurs (Anthony Kirlew & John Immel)
became aware of the growing health care dilemma in the United
States. They learned that (at the time) there were 40 million uninsured Americans
and 75 million uninsured Americans and people that desperately needed health care services were not
getting it.
Although they invested time and financial resources,
the timing was not right and the vision
laid dormant until May 2007 when Anthony decided to take his web
marketing and business development resources and make the dream a
reality.
Currently, The
Med Relief Foundation is run by Anthony Kirlew, a lifelong entrepreneur,
along with his wife Nicole, a licensed social worker who
specializes in adoption placement and adoptive parent training. The organization
is in its infancy and is setting
aside funds to apply for non profit status with the Internal
Revenue Service as well as recruiting a Board of Directors.
